Right kidney tumour. Kidney and fat 25 x 15 x 9 cm, 1189g. Anterior lower pole soft yellow tumour 7.2 x 5.6 x 5cm.

Right breast lump. Dementia.Four cores, largest 16mm. ER negative. CK7 focal positive. p63 weakly positive. CD117/CKIT - strong positive.

Painful blue nodule right abdomen. Skin ellipse with a slightly raised grey-ish lesion 6 x 5mm. Underlying 12mm mass including haemorrhagic material and a yellow cystic area 5 mm.
