Left ovarian complex solid cystic mass, CA125 = 30, Degenerate fibroid vs left ovarian malignancy. Left ovary 40 x 40 x 20mm. Left paraovarian mass 95 x 90 x 65mm. Cut surface is homogenous with cystic areas.

Polyp in gall bladder. Previous RCC. Gall bladder 70 x 45 x 30mm. Polyp 25 x 20 x 15mm.

Right abdomen ?cyst ?solid tumour. Ellipse of skin measuring 34 x 20mm with underlying fatty tissue to a depth of 20mm. The surface is roughened. S100 and Sox10 +ve Melan A, HMB45, AE1/3, SMA, desmin, CD34 and LCA -ve.

Past medical history HIV positive. 3 month black nodular lesion left foot, possible history of FB, dermatoscope - black nodule ?blood ?pigment. Punch biopsy. Circular piece of skin 6 x 6 x 4mm. Central well-defined brown nodule 3 x 4mm. Positive: CD34, CD31, D240, HHV8. Negative: SOX10, melanA, AE1/3.

Male 73 years

Orchidectomy for classical seminoma. Spermatic cord 50mm long with diameter 15mm.

Male 70 years

Polypoid tumour in bladder neck. Irregular tissue fragment 11 x 6 x 4mm.

Female 52 years

Lesion right tonsil. Tonsillar tissue 8x 8 x 3mm. Congo red positive.
