Left thyroid lobe - enlarged/retrosternal. Thyroid lobe measuring 101 x 47 x 31mm. Vaguely multinodular surface, most with colloid. One dominant nodule appears more solid and pale, up to 32mm.

Prostate core biopsies - 3 cores, largest 19mm. PSA 7.2, MRPR5 on left side.

Clinically enchondroma right middle finger. Distal phalanx 32 x 21 x16mm with intact nail On slicing (after decal) a cystic lesion containing cheesy material is seen, measuring 20mm.

Female 36 years

39 + 3 cord blood gas less than 7. Placental disc 200 x 130 x 30mm with centrally inserted umbilical cord 220 x up to 10mm. Three vessels identified. The membranes are opaque and the trimmed disc weighs 463g. Foetal and maternal surfaces unremarkable. Placental tissue unremarkable on slicing.

Female 32 years

Severe endometriosis. Laparoscopy. On GnRH analogue. Thickened haemorrhagic fallopian tube 53 x 10mm.
