Very painful plantar swelling left foot 4/5 web space ?cause. An unorientated ellipse of skin measuring 35 x 20 x 5mm. The surface bears a central exophytic nodule measuring 23 x 20 x 10mm. The surface is white and scaly. Cut surface of the lesion is shiny, slightly rubbery/soft and cream coloured with a pink centre. Lesion negative for S100, Desmin, ERG ,PanTrk and for EMA.
