Anal polyp. Anal/rectal carcinoma. EUA - tumour in anal canal, 9 - 11 o'clock. Brown polypoid tissue, head 1.6cm and 3cm tail. Strong diffuse +ve: CK5/6, p63, p16. Focal strong +ve CAM, 5.2. Focal weak positive: (5%) EMA CEA (monoclonal), HMB45, Melan A, chromogranin: negative.
