Partial nephrectomy for renal tumour. Segment of kidney 33x32x21mm with exophytic, nodular tumour 31x25x20mm which appears confined within the capsule. Tumour is cream to pale yellow colour. Strong diffuse CK7+

Left breast wide local excision. Left breast core biopsy B3, WLE. Lobulated fatty breast tissue 4.7 x 2 x 3cm. 12g. In the centre there is ill-defined firm white breast tissue.
