Terminal ileum tumour. Multiple tissue fragments, largest 2mm. Chromogranin, synaptophysin and CD56 positive. Ki67 index less than 2%.

Papilloma right buttock. 11 x 7 x 5 mm skin with 7 x 6 x 2 mm raised tan nodule with similar cut surface.

Orchidectomy. Testicular tumour. History of prostate carcinoma. Testis 45x35x25mm containing light grey tumour 12mm diameter which appears reasonably well circumscribed and confined within the testis. PSA+ PSAP+ MNF116+.

Periarticular biopsy right hip. Previous total hip replacement. Now has soft tissue mass in the area. Irregular piece of tissue with a villous surface measuring 55 x 25 x 18 mm. Perls stain negative.

Female 50 years

Previous right WLE & SLNB. Right breast inferior cavity shave. Fatty tissue 30 x 25 x 10mm, Suture on one surface.
