Lump in midline soft palate approx. 4 mm diameter ?denture hyperplasia. Piece of grey tissue 3 mm in size.

Left radical nephrectomy. Kidney with lower pole tumour measuring 45mm. Kidney with lower pole tumour measuring 45mm. The tumour has a soft, tan cut surface and appears friable.

Skin biopsy, left extensor thigh. Rapidly growing asymptomatic purple lesion ?haemangioma. A skin ellipse, measuring 17 x 9 x up to 8mm, bearing a central 5 x 5mm nodule covered with blue surgical ink.

Suspicious lesion left calf. Circular piece of skin 15mm diameter. Irregularly pigmented lesion with irregular contour and outline 12x 9mm.

10mm calcified nodule 11 o'clock left breast ?fibroadenoma. R2. 3 cores, largest 12mm. ER 8/8 PR 7/8 Her2 -ve. Myoepithelial markers: p63/SMM not staining any cells in papillary cores or at the edge of the lesion.

Swelling left second toe. ? Mucus. Ellipse of skin with haemorrhagic nodule measuring 7mm.
