?SCC left lower leg. Ellipse of skin measuring 20 x 9 x up to 3mm deep bearing a central raised pale plaque measuring 5 x 5mm.

Female 59 years

Dysphagia and weight loss. Previous D2 biopsies in 2014 for same indication were normal. Duodenum: Polyp. 1st part of duodenum. Single biopsy capsule.

Subcutaneous lump left forehead ?attached to branch of superficial temporal artery. Soft mass measuring 20 x 10 x 6mm.

New bladder polyp of bladder neck - looks like solid TCC. Fragments of tissue together measuring 12 x 12 x 3mm.

Radical orchidectomy. Multifocal testicular tumour on ultrasound. Testis containing a firm, white tumour measuring 10mm.

Ovary and fallopian tube. Previous endometriosis and hysterectomy. Now with recurrence of pain and relief with GnRH analogues. Fallopian tube 50 mm with attached ovary 30 x 20 x10 mm.

Female 53 years

Endometrial polypectomy. On Tamoxifen. PMB. Multiple polyps/thickened endometrium ?hyperplasia. Multiple polypoid pieces of tissue, largest 44 x 21 x 5 mm, smallest 4 x 3 x 2 mm. Infiltrating population with signet ring cells positive for: cytokeratins (MNF116, CK7), EMA (highlights lumena), GATA3, ER (quickscore 7/8). Negative for: CDX2, PAX8, WT1, CK20, inhibin.

Female 18 years

Lump left ear. Piece of skin 15 x 10 x 8mm. Homogenous on slicing.

Female 69 years

Wide local excision left breast. Screen detected carcinoma right breast. Breast with tumour 10x7x5mm. ER,PR,S100 negative. CK5/6,p63,SMA,SMM, AB/PAS positive.

Female 72 years

Left lung lower lobe mass. Pale core 17mm. CK7 & TTF1 +ve.

Male 7 years

Scalp abscess wall. Irregular piece of tissue measuring 15 x 10 x 7 mm.
