Incisional biopsy. Blue patch on right buccal mucosa. Punch biopsy 5 x 4 x 3 mm with a small grey area measuring 2mm.

Female 53 years

Recurrent calcified nodules natal cleft. Unorientated ellipse of skin 45 x 25 x 20 mm with muliple chalky nodules 3-7 mm.

Cholecystitis. 46 x 20 mm open gallbladder containing thick gelatinous bile and multiple yellow, friable stones and is narrowed to less than 1 millimetre, 10 mm from the cut end.

Large cutaneous mass posterior neck. CD45, CD20 and TTF1 negative. AE1/3 and CK20 positive. Paranuclear dots +++. Disc of skin 6.7 x 6 x 1.5cm. Raised centrally focally ulcerated nodule 4cm diameter.

Right ovarian cyst. Solid ovarian mass 60 mm x 50 mm x 45 mm, 84 g. Cut surface uniform bright yellow appearance. Vimentin and inhibin positive. Calretinin and AE1/AE3 negative.

Bone biopsy. Right proximal femur - cemented right hip. ?Nature of lesion. Multiple bony fragments 30 x 30 x up to 12mm in aggregate. Submitted for decal.
