Female 47 years

Right suspicious ovarian mass. One locule ruptured during laparotomy. Full staging laparotomy.

Immunohistochemistry:
CK20,CDX2,CEA positive, CK7, ER, Ca125 negative.

Macroscopic description:
Separate ovarian mass (right) 158x105x110mm. The capsule shows an area of puckering and the capsule is disrupted. On slicing the mass is variably solid and cystic with multiple locules and necrotic areas.

Right testicular lesion, slightly raised LDH. Ultrasound - ?necrotic lesion: previous history of non-necrotising granulomatous mediastinal lymphadenitis in 2011. Negative ZN/PAS.

Macroscopic description:
A smooth surfaced normal contour testis 55x40x30mm with 60x18mm of attached cord. The cut surface shows an irregular pale confluent area 33x15mm at the upper pole which involves the rete testis and epidymis, otherwise normal.

Macroscopic description:
Mucosa covered tissue 0.9cm across which bears a grey lesion measuring 0.6cm across.

23 months of swelling in digastric triangle. No other symptoms. S100 focal + p63 + ki67 high index.

Macroscopic description:
Submandibular gland - cream/tan tissue 60x35x23mm weighing 11g. The cut surface shows a nodule 25mm in max dimension.

Specimen: Salivary Gland.

Isolated enlarged axillary node ?lymphoma.

Macroscopic description:
Fleshy node 3cm maximum dimension.

Specimen: Axillary lymph node.
