Clinically large fibroid polyps admitted for histology. Four polypoid fragments of dark tissue received between 2 and 5 cm maximum - representative sample circulated.

Tense ascites. Suspicious cytology proceeded to laparotomy which revealed no tumour. The ovaries were normal. There were areas of peritoneal 'slough' - clinically TB suspected. Numerous biopsies taken - slide circulated is of omentum. Similar appearances were evident from pelvic peritoneum but ovarian samples appear normal.

Right neck node. Sister had lymphoma (Hodgkin's nodular sclerosing grade 1 age 24) Cells in sinuses and paracortex CD1a and S100 positive.

skin ellipse 9 x 6mm with nodule 3mm.

Male 56 years

Resistant hypertension requiring multiple drug treatments. Reduced renin and elevated aldosterone. Depressed potassium levels. Equivocal CT images suggest abnormal right adrenal gland with possible adenoma.
