positive (lesional cells) - SMA, vimentin (focal), cyclin D1 (light staining); negative - cytokeratin, desmin, EMA, S100.

Breast screening patient reported recent nipple inversion palpable retro-areolar mass assessed P3 M3 U3. Central wide local excision breast 40.7g with disc of nipple bearing skin. Nipple inverted, central palpable lesion 17mm main diameter, remote from margins.

p63, OR, PR, HER2, S100, CEA performed on core biopsy.

Anterior mediastinal mass. Known Ca of bladder and oesophagus. Tumour resection. 46g, 60 x 49 x 32mm with pale lobulated and rubbery cut surface.

positive - AE1/3, 34Be12, p63, CK5/6, CK7; negative - GATA3, CK20, CDX2 and TTF-1.
