Skin biopsy right breast. Previous past medical history of Ca breast and radiotherapy. Changing vascular lesion in radiation field ?Nature.

Macroscopic description:
Skin ellipse 20 x 15 x 5 mm. No lesion evident.

Fallopian tube. Left ovarian cyst.

Macroscopic description:
Unilocular thin walled cyst 150 mm diameter - benign cystadenoma. Fallopian tube 130 mm long, has 5 mm nodule in wall not connected to ovary.

Endoscopic biopsies. Anaemia. Nodular area of gastritis in the body of the stomach. Biopsied.

Macroscopic description:
Perls shows positive staining of pigment material.

Foreskin 45 x 45 x 3 mm. Specimen is macroscopically unremarkable.

Macroscopic description:
Kidney 120 mm in length. Pale granular material present on cordial surface and extetnds through the cortex in a linear pattern on surface.

Macroscopic description:
Terminal ileum tumour, yellow, 16 mm maximum extent. Immuno : Chromogranin +ve, Ki-67 proliferation index = less than 2%.

Three irregular fragments of fibrofatty tissue together 20 x 10 x 10 mm.

Coeliac axis lymph node. Previous panproctocoloectomy for ulcerative colitis complicated by mucinous rectal carcinoma. ?Metastasis in Coeliac axis node.

Macroscopic description:
A piece of firm white tissue 12 x 10 x 6 mm all sliced transversely into 3 and all embedded. Immuno : Positive for CEA. Focally positive for CK7 and CK20.

Gingiva alveolar ridge. Lump left alveolar ridge 10 x 10 mm. Erythematous, non-smoker.

Macroscopic description:
A warty nodule 8 x 6 x 3 mm. All embedded.

Rectal biopsy. PR bleeding ?Rectal tumour.

Macroscopic description:
Tissue fragments up to 6 mm.

Hysterectomy + BSO. Endometrial carcinoma.

Macroscopic description:
Endometrial tumour in fundus 40 mm in maximum extent. Multiple leiomyoimata present one of which appears yellow in colour.

Macroscopic description:
Fibrofatty mass 95 x 65 x 40 mm with a fibrofatty consistency on slicing.
