Case 1



Unerupted LL8 with associated radiolucency on radiology around CEJ.


Case 2



Obstructed salivary gland lower lip.


Case 3



Unusual mid-line cyst - associated with hyoid bone, but unusual path through floor of mouth to sinus opening on skin (resected in total, but torn Intra-Op). Mid 1/3 resected.

Case 4



Slow growing painless mass left nares. O/E a smooth, round swelling above roots of UL1,2,3 but not related to teeth on x-rays. MRI well defined fluid filled cystic lesion. At biopsy lesion ruptured. Large quantity of clear fluid expelled. Biopsy of cyst with lining.

Case 5



Cystic change around impacted lower left 8. Corticated non-suspicious, CBCT likely eccentric dentigerous cyst.


Case 6



Previous cyst excised. Patient known Gorlin-Goltz.


Case 7



Osteotomy + genioplasty 11 years ago May 2013. Pt aware tenderness lower right 4 region towards lower border mandible for 1 year. Cyst found on OPT. Lining very thin. Contents minimal. Small amount of lining in pot as there was very little. Fit and well. DH - nil. Allergies - nil.

Case 8



Solitary bone cyst in other part of mandible 2016 - now has separate cyst anterior mandible. ?Keratocyst ?Amelobastoma ?Dentigerous cyst.


Case 9



Painless soft mass in midline, floor of mouth. Present for over a one year. Ultrasound shows cystic mass approx. 3 x 3 cm.

Cyst from anterior maxilla.


Case 11



Gingival cyst lower left 2, 3 area.


Case 12



Large radiolucent lesion right mandible. Incisional biopsy done today. ?OKC, ?dentigerous cyst, ?ameloblastoma.

Case 13



Microlaryngoscopy under GA. Fairly large left vocal cord cyst arising from the ventricle. ?neoplastic. Cyst removed. Left vocal cord oedema limited to superficial lamina propria.


Case 14



Large pseudolocular cyst right mandible LR4-LR6 region. LR4 removed today. Likely radicular LR4 or residual cyst. Exclude malignancy given size and extent or resorption. Unknown duration.
