Pelvic mass. CT/MRI-Lobulated uterine mass with extension into left gonadal vein consistent with sarcoma.

Fibroids, persistent vaginal discharge after hysteroscopy ?Chronic endometritis ?Degenerating fibroids.

Female 76 years

Cystic para-rectal mass ? malignant arising from peritoneum.

Endometrial carcinoma. Robotic hysterectomy/BSO/ pelvic sentinel nodes/omentectomy.

Female 61 years

Suspicious looking multiple polyps. H/O breast cancer. Stopped Tamoxifen 18 months ago. Endometrial polyps.

Suspicious bilateral ovarian masses with rectal involvement.
