Admitted with painless jaundice and significant LFT derrangement. NILS and imaging all negative.

Female 51 years

History of Raynauds, vitiligo, systemic sclerosis. On Bosentan and MMF. On trial for Aniforlumab. ALT 320, ALP 226, bili 211. Viral serology neg. AI screen pending.


Case 3

Female 55 years

Adm locally with derranged LFTs and portal hypertension. No h/o CLD. ALT 88, ALP 226, bili 139. NILS negative.


Case 4

Male 52 years

Presenting with painles jaundice and acute liver injury. ALT 144, ALP 174, bili >500. NILS neg (HEV outstanding).


Case 5

Male 60 years

Transplanted for decompensated cirrhosis. No focal lesions.


Case 6

Male 28 years

Known UC. Chronic cholestatic LFTS. Transplant for decompensated cirrhosis. No focal lesions.
