Presented with frontal headaches, vertical diplopia and vertigo. CT/MRI of head showed large skull (sellar/sphenoid) lesion eroding sphenoid sinus and clivus.

Left inferior quadrantanopia. MRI head scan disclosed suprasellar tumour. Stereotactic biopsy. No relevant past history.

Left parapharyngeal mass involving skull base removed with comprehensive neck dissection. Past history - Failure of response to chemoradiotherapy for p16 positive metastatic carcinoma in neck nodes. Recent biopsies showed low grade adenocarcinoma (retropharyngeal).

Presented with right epistaxis. On examination, proptosis of right eye and fleshy mass obstructing right nostril. CT: Tumour extent is floor of right anterior cranial fossa to right nasal cavity and right orbit. ? Olfactory neuroblastoma

History of chronic recurrent tonsillitis. Specimen is right tonsil.

Male 65 years

Lesion nasal cavity with significant intracranial extension (clinically T4 lesion). ? Primary. ? Secondary. Past history of T4 N1 V1 R0 sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma. Underwent subtotal colectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy. Specimen is left nasal biopsy.

Left peri-ventricular lesion. Previous negative biopsy. Specimen is fragments of brain tissue.

18 month history of anosmia. 1 year history of taste loss. No relevant past medical history. Family history of death at young age from breast / gynaecological malignancies. Clinical features - Botryoid, dependant midline nasal mass. See CT in the PDF. Specimen is excisional biopsy obtained on endoscopic resection.
